Digital Inclusion is about much more than just ensuring that people can transact with services in real life if they can't do so online. In this workshop for local government you will hear about digital inclusion case studies that are transforming communities and making services better for everyone. You will think about the opportunities for digital inclusion in your own community and create an action plan to take your Council on a digital inclusion journey.
This workshop is aimed at community services, libraries, customer service, strategic planners, economic development and elected members.
Georgia Heath is a human centred designer and IAP2 community engagement practitioner with a focus on digital inclusion for communities.
